Postpartum Care

  • Flexible shifts depending on your needs

  • Chats with mum

  • Birth Debrief

  • Tips on Infant care including but not limited to feeding and bathing 

  • Evidence-based information on all things postpartum

  • Promoting self-care

  • Emotional support for all members of the family

  • Cooking and baking

  • Night time Care of Infant so mum and partner can get some rest

  • Groceries

  • etc etc etc!!

  Cost:€35 p/h +€10travel

There are different packages available, I'm very flexible, we can discuss hourly rate if many hours or overnights required
